Lantern Floating ceremony, now the biggest event in Ala Moana, Hawaii

“Many Rivers, One Ocean” was the theme for this year’s Lantern Floating Hawaii ceremony, which drew an estimated 50,000 people to Ala Moana Beach Park on Monday. About 6,000 lanterns, right, were set afloat in the traditional Memorial Day event.
